It isn't his right to invoke, dumbas! That's not how this works.

I really wish someone in the press would ask him WHY it's appropriate for a non-bias prosecution to request a speedy trial before an election. Where in the Constitution or Bill of Rights does that rightt derive from for the state?

"Without fear or favor" LoL The IG just ruled your department unlawfully retaliated against whistle blowers who testified about corruption within the DOJ. Your former #3 may have participated in saborning perjury today in the sham criminal trial of your bosses political rival. That's just in the past week.

Just think, this guy was almost put on the SCOTUS.
