This is the best I've had.

Mad Jack’s has perfected the slow serving to keep the lines long and cook just enough to leave a portion of the line hungry.

When it comes to BBQ, I won't question any state that chooses pork as the mascot of its flagship university.

They know what they're doing.

Great, now I have to look at their menu and come up with an excuse to drive to Austin to try them out. The Texas BBQ Trail struggle is real. I wanna sell everything I own, and just bum it between Austin and Lockhart chasing that dragon.

Best BBQ I've ever had was in College Station about 20 years ago. Sadly, I can't remember the name is the place.

We like the brisket and ribs. I found the pulled pork underwhelming. It is the true definition of a smoke shack.

We used to get plate lunches from Sassy's in Montrose, not sure if they still offer that.

Took my folks to Wrights in Rogers last weekend. The wait and portions were not worth it

I've eaten at one of the top 25 joints on this list.

I can also confirm, the list is dog shite.

Is that the one in Stuttgart?

You might be thinking of Kibb's in Stuttgart or Craigs outside of Stuttgart.

My family that lives around there thinks that Craigs is GOAT.

I remember when I was a kid, I ordered a chopped beef sandwich at Craigs and it came out with a fricking scoop of cole slaw on top of the meat. First time I had ever seen that setup.

I'm going to be honest with you. Wrights is damn good. I've been to a couple of them in NWA, and the one in LR several times. The Loaded Mac and Rocketman are pretty damn good. The burnt ends are fricking masterful.

Namaans is legit. Probably the best ribeye you will eat outside of a top steakhouse as well. They know their shite, but bring your wallet... Cause it's not cheap.

Namaans is probably the best bbq in northeast Texas outside of Dallas.
