Sounds to me like it’s his fault he got dragged and he’s trying to save face and not look like an unathletic idiot.

He was actually following the rules quite well race baiter.
The PGA and Valhalla had already communicated with the LPD and golfers were told they could do this.
This cop was not assigned to traffic.
Another officer was waiving Scheffler through at the same time this officer was telling him to stop
