The evidentiary hearing in late June 2024 will destroy Garland, Smith, and the colluding White House. Might want to turn them over now because they are almost done. Of course, Fani Willis is done.

What's funny is, this is ONLY happening because a DC district court judge doesn't have this case.

Garland and Smith are not on trial. That's clickbait shite.
That being said they aren't going to be happy with the questions, will not answer anything clearly, and may lose quite a lot of evidence they were planning on using against Trump.
I wouldn't be shocked if they just didn't show up. The Judge can declare them in contempt and send it to the DOJ to press charges against them, but, lol.

Are you ecstatic our public officials can show contempt for the law or court without penalty? If so, what am I missing out on?

Anyone taking odds of an “event“ occurring on, or just before the date?

Fani Willis and her side piece sure are getting theirs.
Now Cohen has been shown to have lied in Congressional testimony under oath. They can prosecute him for perjury.
Also, Smith is having to explain some of the placement of cover sheets on evidence photos.
Who’s next?

If POTUS Trump is allowed to call Costello, who is Cohen's lawyer and whose attorney - client privileges Cohen waived, it will be a disaster for Bragg. Merchan may not let Costello testify which will cause a definite appeal issue.

Like this isn’t being appealed if there is a guilty verdict.
The judge has a bunch of issues with allowing prejudicial testimony by the prosecution witnesses and then blocking all objections by the defense.

No, it's bullshite, but I've since given up on our government being any better than the average third world banana Republic countries.

Isn’t one of the items the judge will be questioning selective prosecution?
