She's going to lower crime statistics by simply not allowing criminals to be charged.

I agree that the police over rely on traffic stops as a point of contact to get people in the system.

I'd like to believe these people are stupid (and while they are its a different type of stupid), however, the scary thing is it's all done on purpose and it's going to result in more deaths because it takes away the ability to stop stuff before it happens if you are dealing with a violent criminal when you may have them already detained. And the reasons given are completely racist because I can guarantee they will prosecute if it is a non black person that is deemed dangerous based off of her comments.

Perhaps. But I would argue that having illegal guns, drugs and stolen property while in the process of a traffic stop is sort of an important factor in why a person may need to be detained and entered into the system. A traffic stop in which a person has nothing illegal in their car would just result in a ticket, nothing more.

Baghdad is about to have a civil case against “Chi-Raq” for defamation through the comparison of the two.

Her position is actually that police officers should not arrest dangerous criminals because the police officer might get shot. Better to let the dangerous criminal terrorize the general public so the criminal doesn't get hurt.

Unbelievable.

Black people are disproportionately the victim of these black criminals. But apparently their rights don't matter.

How can any honest black person be OK with this? They should be demanding that these criminals not be allowed to roam the streets. Don't tell me black lives matter, when they clearly don't!

How she even has a fricking law license after the Juicy incident is a testament that there is no such thing as "white privilege"

When you get pulled over by the cops if you don't have illegal shite, warrants or do something stupid it's kind of hard for them to get you in the system.

Is this a soft form of the legalization of drugs?

She says that only stops for public safety incidents will be prosecuted. Then the dumb bitch says this doesn't include "normal stops" like for headlights. How is driving at night without headlights not a public safety concern?

If someone is pulled over for not having headlights and is found to be drunk, does this mean the drunk driving will not be prosecuted because the drunk was pulled over for no headlights instead of for being a "danger?"

I have no problem with Chicago or any other democrat shithole doing this. I hope they all get killed by the criminals they support.

Why do black and brown individuals have a disproportionate amount of illegal guns, drugs, or stolen property in their cars? Is it planted there by white supremacists?

Why don’t they say what they’re trying to accomplish…. If a crime is committed by a black person make every possible way not to charge them. Then…. Black crime goes down.
