There’s no such thing as legal or illegal in todays NIL recruiting. It’s literally the Wild Wild West out there. If a player is only worried about money the highest bidder will get him. That’s all you need to know. There aren’t any rules and if there is then no one is following them.

So, If I have lots of money, and my grandson is playing QB on a team with terrible receivers, I can offer talented receivers lots of money to come play with my grandson.
