Regardless the 10 commandments are included in several federal buildings including Moses holding them in the Supreme Court building.

They could have left out Moses and gotten point across. You see the historical and social context that the 10 commandments and Moses can be used in a public setting including with the US’s own history, but you think it has to be prohibited solely because of its religious context?
