I'm not sure the defense team knows either. They mentioned something in court yesterday that led me to believe they are relying solely on what the judges jury instructions are and I don't think he has made it official yet.

Imagine being a defense lawyer, they just wrapped up the prosecutions case and now it's your turn to put on a defense for your client......and you don't even know what the alleged crime is yet.
