Sweet on the ears compared to the other 2. I have a Taurus 357 with ported barrel. Loud

Why have a ported barrel on a 357 in the first place?

Love the fixed gutter rear sight on the Viper.

Simplicity!

Reduced muzzle rise/recoil, but really it's just to make noise at the gun range.

To make sure you can only use it once at night

Want to find an old Anaconda.

Close friend had one and traded it for a Beretta O/U.

One of the coolest I’ve ever seen someone else I know has an old SAA in .44 Special and Russian.

I think there were 300 made and very few remain.

The Kodiak is calling my name. I love .44 magnum revolvers and shoot .44 special about half of the time through them. I have the new Anaconda and it is sweet.

I picked up a Service Six a few years back on gunbroker. I love it.

I like the way they look. I have two revolvers with ported barrels (357 and 44). Yeah they’re fricking loud. The loudness of 357 makes it not an ideal home defense weapon IMO.

My 586 L comp is very pleasant to shoot with full power 357 loads.

Why not just make pythons again? Seems like they had their winner.

They are.

Not the same Python as the original but as I understand, still a very good gun.

They have. The brought them back in 2020 with a polished stainless version.

They came out with blued back in February of this year.
