not true. if the road was shut down no traffic would be going either way.. If it was a working wreck, which it was, then traffic would be going when waived through.. This was the case when you watch footage.

or maybe.. due to him being a star.. like every other situation, was released after being booked. use your brain.
I love when people say he was let out on his own recognizance. It just means you have signed and agreed to go to court lmao..
