The golfers were given permission to go around the fatality being worked. It's not Schefflers fault that low IQ cop hung on to his car.
Essentially, Scheffler was doing what he was told he could do and some other cop decided to "have his authoritie" threatened.

was he given permission to go by the police officer directing traffic and go into oncoming traffic? All he had to do was pull up and say Hey im Scotty... But know... And only reason yall dont care is bc he is a golfer.. not a dindunufin as yall say
