Officer Gillis could not hack it with New Orleans police dept

The cop that arrested Scotty Scheffler apparently worked for the NOPD for 5 years or so before he bailed. He also is the owner of an accident investigation company, working with the likes of Morris Bart type folks when he is not on duty. Looks like a high dollar settlement set up

I was thinking about this earlier that I’m not even sure NOPD or the law enforcement guys over near Avondale could fck up the PGA event like what happened this morning.
