You have to take a step back and realize that all of these HS kids are just that. They’re still just kids. Their brains are not fully formed yet. You don’t remember the thought process when your were 17 or what the hell you were thinking at that time. Imagine yourself at 17 and all these eyes on you waiting on your next move.

I’m sure some of these kids have someone helping them with social media, but the ones that don’t are going to say and say dumb things like kids do. These boys are not professionals. They’re still very much children, regardless of what their body looks and moves physically.

You guys put so much on every word these kids say. That’s crazy to me. Those kids barely know what they want. There’s so much being thrown out at them on top of enormous fanbases going after them on social media. I’d imagine it’s pretty overwhelming.

You know most of that can all be avoided by their actions, right?

My youngest son is 18 and just graduated high school. He is trying to decide what he wants to take in college, which he started trying to narrow down at the beginning of the year.

He has changed his mind at least 100 times already, and feels incredibly strongly about something one day and couldn't be forced to care about it the next.

He doesnt have hundreds of people trying to pull him or influence him one way or the other, and he still can't decide what he wants. I could'nt even imagine if my son was in the position these highly ranked kids are, and that's the thing you have to remember. They are just kids. They don't even know what they want, and to attach any of your own emotions based of what they are going to decide is an exercise in more than just futility, its asking to be driven insane.

Moore may even still end up at LSU. Just let it play out, and dont get too excited or upset one way or the other.

It does make me respect and admire Underwood and his solidarity to LSU. It's incredibly rare, and we extremely fortunate to have him aboard.
