I like it. I spent 15 years in La and have a catahoula named Rougarou. I’m back living in Florida now and people think it’s the craziest name ever. I will play your song tonight while cooking burgers for friends.

I don't know if I've ever had crocodile, but from a skim they taste much the same.

When I chop it up and feed it into the thing, I've learned that with a lot of French terms, you have to spell it out phonetically or it Will absolutely butcher it.
Like I had to spell Roux as Roo
Or it would say it as "Roo-kss"
And Thibodeaux....you don't even want to know what that sounded like.
I went back and changed it after but that one slipped through the cracks
