Up at 6am. Coffee and poop by 6:15am. Look at my phone until 7:30am. Put on run clothes and realize my watch is still in my bedroom. Look at phone instead of going to get it. See this thread. Write out this bullshite. Go get watch. Stretch a little for a warmup. Run 1/2 mile and get mad at myself for being out of shape. Reminisce about the marathon I ran a few years ago. Walk/run another mile planning out my “get back in shape” program. Get back home. Realize my back hurts. Look at phone at various ideas for curing back pain. Realize back pain strategies has just as much bullshite and just as many debates as diets. Get discouraged. Join wife and kids for the rest of the day.
