do process servers stake out people by the hour? no, they get a direct order and address.

how did they know Rudy would be at such and such place having his birthday party?

did the feds 'serve' at Ruby Ridge by the book? could they not have served an active bench warrant when Randy Weaver was in town and they were following him?

why did the feds fail to serve him his court date so that he could miss said court date; and have his wife holding their baby and son on the property-- be shot dead on the porch and property?
