No chance. Dems are generally incompetent at actually governing but they are masters at retaining power. Biden admin would never do something akin that would 100% put them out of reach from winning even with massive cheating. Trump will never allow this if he becomes President

IIRC, Dems tried to pull some Boland Amendment bullshite to try and make it illegal to defund Ukraine.

No chance because the Uniparty is all-in on this being an endless war where we keep spending endlessly on foreign aid and munitions. They don't want any major power taking decisive action to hurry this war to conclusion.
