I can finally hear rain out there (near Livingston Parish line in BR), the wind isn't so bad but we get gusts. Lights have flickered a few times but are still on, so is cable.

Power still on here on Highland near Kenilworth. Lights have flickered a few times. Almost no rain. One tree damaged. Top broke off of it. The Advocate was delivered at 5:45 this morning.

It keeps stalling, keeping the eye close to the water. I hope it shifts a bit to the east so we can stay just on the west side.

8 AM forecast track now shows the center going near Laffy. That far west just might spare BTR.
