So, I played around a bit with the 300 blk build and still had issues. So I drilled out the gas port to 7/64".

Bolt locks back every time on supers now. But when firing a follow up round from the magazine, I get light primer strikes 80% of the time. Never a light strike on the first round. Assuming there's a higher friction with rounds in the mag pushing on the bolt. Just enough to load a new round, but not enough to fully set the hammer? But seems like that doesnt add up. Or maybe it wasn't fully in battery and I never noticed?

In any case I still had issue with subs. So I drilled it out to 1/8" and will try again tomorrow. Just taking the advice finch found where Just as soon open it up fully before screwing around with springs.

Cross checked any parts I could on my 5.56 to see if maybe they're was another issue, but all worked flawlessly. Thinking the m16 bolt, bolt adapter for my LawTactical folder, and 300 blk in general are all working together to create an undergassed situation.

Sounds to me like the bolt isn't fully into battery.

That makes me think something with the spring or buffer.

ETA: Hit your forward assist and see if it will go fully back into battery.
May just be tight tolerances and needs to be shot.
