Receiver - Pioneer SX650
Turntable - I have 2 and can't decide which one sounds better so I switch them out often. A Pioneer PL500(I think, forget which number model but it's the PL line from the early 70's) and a Tecnics SL-Q200.
Speakers - Advent loudspeakers.

My favorite albums I have on vinyl:

1. Ryan Adams & The Cardinals - Follow the Lights
2. Steely Dan - Aja
3. Allman Brothers - Eat a Peach
4. Radiohead - OK Computer
5. Modest Mouse - The Moon & Antarctica

I'm eagerly awaiting the Sleater-Kinney box set to arrive. I have my dad's old Dual turntable, but the rotor isn't working and I can't find a repair shop in Dallas. It's a 50 year old piece of equipment, but it looks nice. My actual turntable for daily use is nothing impressive, but it hooks into my components and subwoofer nicely.

I've been DJ'ing since age 14, so I have amassed about 10,000 pieces of vinyl. Everything from 45s to Hank Williams, Elvis, Rolling Stones, LOTS of 12 inch singles, lots of Depeche Mode albums, early 90s techno, lots of out of print and bootleg stuff.

Turntables: I use Technics 1200s. I own 4 1200s (original 70s version, the MK2, the MK3 and the MK5)

Use Ortofon carts, connected to a high end Rane DJ Mixer.

I'm about to build this on a wall in my studio:

Some goodies that came in this month still in heavy rotation or ones I just wanted to show off (Star Wars Vinyl)

A GOAT of all time cover and jazz record. Marc Moulin was light years ahead of his time. Hip hop listeners will hear samples aplenty.

Not as legendary as the record above but still a great record. Also would like to point out these are 180 gram represses.

I bought this pic disc for aesthetics alone. These soundtrack cuts are alright but pretty meh when you compare them to the older OST anthems.

STill one of my favorite records of the past 5 years. These guys are fusing multiple genres at an extremely high level. Their soundscapes are amazing.

Just a thank you to everyone. You all have answered all of my questions concerning audio equipment without having to ask a single question. I have learned more from reading the Audiophile/Vinyl threads than I have known for 60 years. Been collecting vinyl since I was 10 years old. My favorite is 45's but have nice collection of albums too. I have and continue to improve my playing equipment/listening enjoyment thanks to all of you. Happy listening.
