Maybe he is. For life of me I cannot understand why this coordinator cant develop 4-5 plays a game that are wide open when facing 8-9 man fronts. This guy has done absolutely nothing since being here.
Miles deserves blame here as well but he has many other duties.
Cam's job mainly is to recruit and develop QB's, to oversee the offensive coaches and call plays that work. Ive said since 2014 that he will cost Les his job. Les has his issues as well but Cam is completely incompetent. I wouldnt put him in charge of a phone booth.

These idiots at ESPN were the ones whining when they were about to fire chuckles the clown last year I guess all of a sudden they see the light

I agree. But you don't put up the numbers his offenses put up in the NFL, and then just forget everything you know. Cam may be part of the problem, but there's no doubt that Les holds him back. He's always had a TE putting up good numbers, where are our TE's? Playing tackle.

I can totally see Cam calling play action to the TE and Les saying "I dunno, I am feeling the toss dive, lets go with that"
