Midnight Library is my favorite from him, but I've also read How to Stop Time, Reasons to Stay Alive, The Humans, and The Possession of Mr Cave.

How to Stay Alive is a memoir he wrote. Gives some great insight into how he became the writer he is today and his struggle with his own mental health. The Possession of Mr Cave is dark, darker than I expected from him, but a good read. The Humans is about an alien who assumes a human's life. It's the funniest of his books that I've read, but has plenty of poignant moments as well. How to Stop Time is about a man who has lived for centuries, as long as he doesn't fall in love, but eventually does.
