Seems like you have some good planning down already. Have a plan for the plan for when stuff goes bad. 95% of the time something is gonna go bad, it may not stay bad but have a plan for when it does. This is where crew is very helpful if you have that available.

I'll suggest that planning for a 10hr first 60 miles is probably over estimating your pace. many have said that general concept is the first 50 miles take X hrs and the second 50 take 1.3X. this rational puts you sub 20hr. Its highly doable but something to think about once your further along in training.
remember end goal is finish no matter the time unless you have actual injury. I say actual injury because its gonna hurt, you're gonna be tired and feel like shite at some point but quitting hurts more. I've only DNF'd once. Superior 100, was at mile 70 aid station in 22ish hours with 38hr overall cutoff but I mentally gave in. No crew and didn't have backup plan to get past mental funk at that moment. I still regret that decision.
