Speed session this morning. 2 sets of 3x500m followed by a 4x100m set to finish it off. With summer weather here to stay, been cutting those interval lengths down.

This summer I will focus on dropping my mile time from 4:57 to 4:49 or better.

A ladder workout would be good to help with your mile time.

I have not run in 10 days... I actually brought my running clothes to work today and when the time came for me that I would need to leave... I got lunch and sat at my desk.

Physically I'm probably 99%, mentally at best I'm 60%. Seeing a dude die in front of you is a massive mental experience. Hopefully I can get back at it again soon
