No you have it backwards.

Downtown is progressing a little each year to the point now someone would even spend money considering this type of project that looks like something from Austin / Nashville.

I agree it’s most likely a pipe dream today.

There are 3 condos attached to 525 Lafayette downtown that I believe sold for over $1 million a pop.

Blew my mind. I'm sure they are nice, but the view isn't that damn good.

Trahan is smoking crack if he thinks he will sell 20 of these for $2 million. This isn't San Diego.

How many 24 story buildings are there with 2 million dollar 1800 square foot condos and no parking?
