This shouldn't bother anyone here with all the "conservatives" masquerading as conservatives we have.

What is a centrist/moderate candidate though?

Most anyone would name are straight establishment and have been in government for 20+ years.

I think if the GOP no I rated a combo of Abbott and Rick Scott they’d most assuredly win in 2024.

Hard to square this with an individual that based on actions, has the emotional maturity of a middle school girl. Or worse, shows signs of being a narcissist sociopath. Manages the office of the president like a new York mobster. Like the policy positions very much dislike the person.

This is basically my take. I consider myself middle of the road. I lean left on some issues and right on others.

I didn't vote for Trump in 2016. I thought he was a narcissistic a-hole. I think the last few years prove that to be true. That said, all the other choices are bigger assholes, and total frauds to boot.

Trump is a miserable son of a bitch. I like some of his policies. I'm voting for him.

Registered Indy. Voted Trump in 2016.

I haven’t changed my registration (it doesn’t really matter) but I’ll never vote for a Democrat again. They’re all, locally to nationally, fricked in the head.

If you’re a white male and you pull a lever for a Democrat, you’re stupid.

I didn’t vote for Trump in 2016.

I will vote for him next year.

The only reason why is he stood behind Kavanaugh.

Don’t really care. But Trump releasing a memorandum showing he broke The law this week is pretty fricking hilarious.

I really, really hate using this phrase, but a broad generalization would be fiscally conservative/socially liberal.

Agree, but for someone like me stuck in the middle, that candidate can't come soon enough

The only thing socially liberal left to fight for is which bathroom a person can use and trans rights... and it won’t stop there who knows who the next victim will be in 5 yrs.

Also but I find it hilarious you want someone that’s been in DC for 20+ years because NONE of them will give you fiscal discipline and conservative.

They all will glade cut the checks for big military, healthcare, government programs etc.

Also I still believe everything happening to trump isn’t necessarily because they hate him more the idea of him and any thurs party outsider. They never want someone like him in office again.

There's a little more to it than "muh gays"

This is what you said.....

I wasn’t even referencing gays. Which I’m not even opposed to anything from them because my cousin is gay. I was talking about trans.

Which socially liberal positions that are left are you still for? Out of curiosity.
