Fund to pay for US Citizens to leave and relocate

Obviously this would be optional, but these BLM and ANTIFA groups seem to think America is the worst place on earth. Why would they want to stay? Can we not set up a relocation fund and conditionally give these clowns money to renounce their citizenship and leave the country permanently? I’m sure they would love to move to China or some other Socialist paradise in South America. Seriously I would chip in to pay for this.

Oh I don't hate america. I'm just trying to get a move to the beach figured out. I can still get a passport in my new residency and come back when needed.
I also can work remote so I wouldn't even necessarily change jobs.

A local black in our hometown plays overseas hoops. They recently posted on FB that we don’t know how good we’ve got it in America. Naturally the responses to the post by most blacks were harshly in opposition to the statement. Stupidity at its best.

They ALWAYS subvert/expropriate existing institutions/countries. ALWAYS! This is because it is so much easier and they then get to enslave and control others. Communists HATE all Humanity! Period. That's why they ALWAYS eventually commit mass murder in any country they take over.
It will be no different in this country should they take it over. To think otherwise is to be extremely naive.

I'm trying to understand how much money you'd get to leave international moves are expensive especially if I have to acquire residency elsewhere and probably citizenship.

Didn't we do this once before with Liberia? Wasn't it founded as a place for freed slaves to return to the lands in which they were sold from to go back with a gov't structure similar to the US?

I’m sure whatever one time payment it would cost would be cheaper than the average tax burden of the ANTIFA/BLM clowns over their life. I’m sure these cities that have been burned would rather have the option to pay these people to leave than pay to rebuild their towns.
