Davidson coach potentially headed to Notre Dame. Wonder if the catcher Carico would look to transfer.

I wonder how hard it would be for guys to get a waiver if they enter the portal after July 1 because of a coaching change.

Waldrep is not in the portal yet but a USM poster put on their board he’s hearing he’s gone and Tutko started following him which means we’re just waiting for the news to break essentially and we should be all over him.

The fact that he’s only thrown 8 innings and just had Tommy John won’t affect his draft status? Believe it or not, there are several guys who throw 100mph in minor league baseball. I don’t think that makes someone as much of a slam dunk as people think. As others have pointed out, Joyce throws 105 and isn’t even a top 120 prospect

Wow it appears Steve Robertson on the State 247 site doesn’t have many good things to say about half our transfer class. Talking about 3 booms and 3 poofs.

Is he considering the guys that might get drafted a “woof”? Talent wise, we got 3 potential first round picks, a second team all American and a guy who hit .300+ in back to back years while playing solid defense. Young is the only guy with actual questions about ability.

If you were to land Skenes…. On top of any kids that make it to campus. This is not including a guy like Floyd. Maybe Money can get back to the Money we saw at the beginning of the season. Coleman is also another guy who I had high hopes for before injury. Staff has a lot of potential to go from being a weakness to a strength of next year’s team.
