For those that have had COVID. What is your blood type and severity of symptoms?

This used to be discussed but seems to have gone by the wayside. O is supposed to be the best and B being the worst.

Only person in my family that has gotten it is my little brother who’s AB. Me, mom, and my other bro are all O and haven’t gotten it.

Dad is O he is unvaxxed spent a week in hospital. He went because his O2 dropped, he had a finger thing at home. He is back healthy and LEO. I only know his blood type because it’s on his vest, I don’t know my moms or anyone else’s.

O, and it was like a very weak flu or just a bad cold.
My entire family (11 people) has had it and everyone says pretty much the same thing.

A+
Monday had a headache
Tuesday felt like I had a sinus infection
Friday night lost most of taste
Saturday lost smell so I got tested, got a steroid shot, fever was 99.7
Tuesday ear pressure started, got a z pack
Friday felt like I was better
Monday was day 10, had an at home test & tested negative
Still have a lingering cough, not bad at all & smell isn’t 100% yet
Took Mucinex for cough & sinus along with vitamin d gummies & daily vitamin
Never felt like I was running fever

B+. Bad cold for 2 days. Lost taste and smell for 3 days about 5 days after fever was gone. Felt fine by then.

A-
mid 40s
Not hospitalized but was down 14 days and my lungs were definitely attacked. Heart rate 120+ just doing normal activity
Dad and mom got it at same time. Dad O- was mowing the yard 3-4 days after testing positive. Thought he had a sinus cold. Mom A- was down about 10 day and got the plasma infusions. Both near 70.
Sister in Houston didn’t even know she had it until she lost her smell. Type A blood.

Well shite. This isn’t convincing evidence of correlation.

Wife is O and minor symptoms similar to a common cold. I’m B+ and it was similar to the flu for me. Both of us were up and about with 5 days of testing positive.

Very mild. Colds are worse. Like mild allergies for a few days. A little loopy mentally. Otherwise just a sinus headache and that's about it.

Using Blood Type for anything outside of blood/organ transplant is like using Astrology to determine how likely you are to win big in Vegas

O and it was a rough week of exhaustion- never lost taste and smell.

Never knew I had it. No symptoms at all. Tested positive for antibodies last December.

I'm O positive. had symptoms for 16 days. it mostly cycled through. never had more than a couple symptoms at a time. like others say, it was like a cold, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a pain in the arse. I never had a fever. mostly sinus headaches, aches, etc. I was vaccinated.

A-. Was like a bad flu. Damn miserable for about a week, but no hospitalization or anything. After-effects lingered for weeks.
