Any place in the BR area to get this that's not in some generic vacuum pack?

If Anthony's doesn't have it call Randazzos in Denham. They normally have it in the deli case.

This is anchored?!?!

I ordered capicola from Anthony's and what I got was closer to mortadella than anything else. I picked some up from Meatatory in Prairieville and it was alright. I wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning and it wasn't as dry as I prefer. It's definitely better than the vacuum packed stuff but it doesn't really compare to the real deal.

I've been meaning to try Nor Joe and Terranovas in NOLA but haven't had a chance yet.
