I know this has been discussed before but I was in a pinch and had to pic up sausage from Calandro's. I ended up with Richard's and French Settlement. WHat's your go to?

Ma Bells is made in Mccomb Ms. It has a good flavor but it’s greasy. It’s sold at Kroger around here (SW Miss).
Vines is good also.

Depends on what for?

Just to grill and slice and eat as an appetizer, I am going to get some shite for this but I like manda

For cooking in a jambalaya or gumbo if specialty shop stuff is not available I generally go with Richards

Double D’s

Never heard of it. I was going to google it, but I'm afraid of what will pop up if I google "Double D's" and "sausage".
