High Hat Cafe is probably closest to those "meat and 3" places in Nashville.

A plate lunch? Tons of places have great plate lunches. Maybe most are two sides not 3 unless you count bread.
But I can think of a few. Frady's, Sammy's, Triangle deli, a ton of gas stations.
