WiFi or hardwired? Probably makes a difference but I don’t play on PC so I can’t say for sure

Maybe XP is hidden in Multiplayer this year. The XP in Single Player is trash. If I strike out the side in a Conquest game I get ~120XP for that inning. On Offense, I scored 8 runs in an inning last night and got ~325XP.
In 23' these would be at least double that on non double XP days.

Yeah xp is trash, SDS says the xp will mostly come from completing programs.

They decreased XP per game, increased the XP required for the season rewards, and put a daily cap on XP.
Makes grinding for the season rewards hard as hell.
