It's been about a month since I played Clark, but it was in good shape then. Greens were running pretty fast then. They still have trouble accepting shots, so plan for that on your approach and chips.
I would definitely recommend over Webb as of right now.

Played Webb today. Was hot and humid! Fairways were nice! Bunkers weren’t terrible but dsmn the greens are tough! Even after all the rain we had this week still wouldn’t hold a ball. Poa anna everywhere. I imagine hole three will sluff off into that canal in the next few years. #10 green is a joke too!
