Bermuda - is this dollar spot?

Noticed some dead looking spots in my Bermuda, roughly 4" around and a bunch of them in same area. Pictures below. Internet research leads me to believe this may be dollar spot fungus. Anyone have an experience on if this is that and if so, how to treat?
edited to fix pictures...tried to do from phone and jacked them all up.
Yes, I have weeds. Planning on hitting with celcius this weekend.

I just texted my yard service guy with the same problem. He is sending his guy tomorrow to take a sample. Should know something in a few days. He initially said it looks like insect damage but could be a fungus.

What would be the harm in laying out both fungicide and insect granuals?

Also, could you mix both insecticide / fungicide granules all in the same broadcast spreader at the same time when applying? Any harm in that?
I ask because I have new Bermuda sod and would like to put them both down in 1 go as I have probably 10,000SF of sod to do.
Sorry for the hijack...

Looks like it. Use propiconizole. Scotts disease x (azoxystrobin) isn't labeled for it.
