Has anyone here replaced their kitchen countertops with concrete?

Wife and I bought our first home and it's definitely a fixer upper. She has a lot of big ideas and we are fairly wet behind the ears with this stuff.
Any suggestions on DIY concrete countertops and if there are kits out there?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Will be using this board a lot

I like concrete countertops, but have yet to get a homeowner to go with them (not exactly pushing the idea). But 100% do not try and do this yourself if you don't have any experience/want your countertops to be done right. This would be pretty far down the line of things I would DIY.
They are costly though if you have them done, mainly because of more work being involved in installing them. Hence the hard to DIY.

Do not diy.
I have poured 6 different concrete counter tops.
All were outdoors, for outdoor kitchens where my buddies thought it would be cool.
0 turned out perfect, 3 were terrible, 1 was decent.
All were a huge PITA and messy as he'll even though we did our best to keep it clean.

The previous comments sum up how I feel about them.

I had my reservations already about it and this helps. The wife is set on this kind of stuff so I’ll delay it.
If I post pictures this weekend of projects we have lined up would this board help with ideas?

We have concrete countertops in our kitchen. They were the only thing we hired out. They are solid 2 inches thick. They have held up well, but they show signs of wear after 14 years. It’s more of a rustic look, so just be sure it’s what you want.

I consider myself a very good DIY type and have done massive amounts of projects on the houses I've owned over the years since I like to buy "fixer-uppers" and am not afraid of doing a lot of dirty work and gaining "sweat equity" in return.
When I redid my kitchen a few years ago I thought about doing my own concrete countertops and researched it quite a bit. Then I thought better of it due to how much work was involved, how much mess was made doing it and the amount of finish work to get a good final product.
Also, you better LOVE your kitchen cabinets a lot before pouring the tops if that is the way you decide to go. Breaking them out later on to replace cabinets would be a ton of work-----literraly and figuratively.
