What's the recommended psi & gpm for this? We have wood siding over a majority of the house, the other is brick. I've used my MIL's electric on our driveway & felt the only drawback was I didn't have one of those surface cleaner attachments even though it was a cheap Ryobi.

We do have a bit of backroom storage to store a gas pressure washer with higher specs, but I'd rather try to conserve space.

Also willing to listen to recommendations for soft washing treatments.

I have a Mi-T-M 4200psi/3.4gpm and I would be very careful with it around wood siding. It strips paint easily. I've had it for about 6 years and had no issues.

I'm looking no more than $500 on a machine. I don't plan on using it more than I need to.

If you didn't know, and if it is the only drawback, know that Ryobi electric models do have the surface attachment as well.

And unless you have some heavy stuff on the house this treatment works pretty well.

I recently bought this Westinghouse unit from Lowes and it's pretty effective.

I actually bought some of this awhile back so I could get ready for when I need it. Good to know you've gotten positive feedback with this.

How many hours do you think you've run on this? My only concern is that Westinghouse seems like a cheap brand (ex: they are the Best Buy Black Friday discount TVs) so I would be leery to buy from a brand like that, unless you've put in a ton of time and can confirm that it should last.

I'm gonna piggyback off the OP. Anyone have any experience with one of these driveway scrubbers?:

Can't speak to that particular model, but they're awesome in general. Just can't move too quickly or you'll get circle patterns.

I bought a cheap green works 2100 from Lowes 5 years ago and it still works fine, but I have a single story house. If it was two stories I'd be concerned about the pressure. The attachment works great for concrete.

Yeah, we've got a two story so I would probably have to go in the 3000 psi range

I bought a Powerhorse 3000 psi @ 2.5 gpm about 6 years ago after comparing several different brands.

It is a quality machine and no problems. It sells for around $ 300 at Northern Tools or Amazon.

I only use 6 or 8 times a year. I cleaned off the patio concrete last week, and the engine surged some while running. I installed a new spark plug and it ran better, but I think the carburetor is probably dirty, so I put in some "carburetor cleaner" in the gas and that seamed to help. I need to run it some more to see if will start to run smoother.

Or need to clean or replace the carburetor.

If buying a gas machine, pay more for a model that has a Honda engine.

Honda small engines last for decades, start on the first pull, and always have parts available.

Jomax and bleach works well on siding, not so much on concrete.

Game changer. I’m pushing 4 gpm through mine. I had a small washer and disc cleaner before. Wasn’t the same results.
