For the Nuss lovers

Is it all because of the one half he had vs UGA? Do you think he will be a superstar next season?
I hope he does great, but I think our fan base has too high of expectations

Nuss will make incredible laser throws and he will do great things…..but every once in awhile you will see him throw balls that have no business being thrown. He will be fun to watch. I like the kids attitude.

No. He has talent and the Coaches love him. He has talent there is zero reason to not be intrigued to see his development in the Bowl game and Spring now that he has the keys.

I’m mostly confident in Nuss because the staff has seen him in person for the past 2 plus seasons, and their portal targets outline their faith in his ability to develop and step into that role.
On top of that we go into 2024 with an elite and experienced Oline with a stable of backs and talented weapons on the outside and a stable of freaks at TE. You can’t really draw up a better set up for breaking in a new QB, especially one going into his 3rd year in that same system.
Same staff that developed Jayden over the last couple seasons. They’ve earned my trust and that’s all I need to see until we start seeing live snaps.
If we were out there talking to all these high priced portal FAs right now you’d know exactly how the staff felt about Nuss taking over in the inverse.
Until then, enjoy the holidays and save your backup QB battle flag for the fall, we’ve got a long way to go for you to be an a-hole about it the entire time

I'm sure you were saying the same thing when JD5 started. You just weren't including his name with Burrow. I'm sure it went something like "our fanbase has too high of expectations because we got spoiled by Burrow" or he can't possibly do as well as Burrow"
