Odd Noot threw only once and we haven’t seen him again.

Eh not really. He’s coming off a major injury and wasn’t good when he came back. We can’t really afford to be experimenting with him at this point in the season. And our pitching has been much better as of late

Jump better start on Tuesday. He will be on four days rest and that is a single elimination game. Too risky to not start your best pitcher and make it to the double elimination part of the tourney. That would also make Jump available to start on Sunday, if you make it that far. Not saying they would care enough to win it all, at that point, that they would throw him, but the option would be there.

Jump will not go game 1 of the SECT. We won’t know who will go until the conclusion of today’s game. Today is an elimination game, all arms are available with the exception of Holman and Jump.

That’s true. I thought we may see him for a few outs in mid-week games.

I wouldn’t mind to see Kade Anderson on a short stint

Win today- LSU travels for a regional. Hoover doesn’t matter. Lose today - LSU is on the wrong side of the bubble most likely.

I pretty much agree. Despite the much improved SEC play, that 12-18 record would look mighty bad when you’re on the bubble anyway.

Even with a win today, this team needs to go all out to win at least one in Hoover, to be on the safe side.
