just now on sports center (11p) SVP, while watching the lsu wku game says: "LSU purple uniform is the cleanest on earth!"
i really think he likes purple uni's.
p.s. i do love the purple, but i also love all lsu colors!

I love the purple. Wish we wore it more often.

I think everyone likes the purple. It's the gold people have issue with. I like our colors and uniform, but the gold just isn't a very attractive color.

I see people on here bitch everytime we wear purple.

I like our home jerseys, but I would definitely like to mix it up a few times a year with some purple or those nike combat uniforms. Let the players wear what they want on some games

White jerseys are tradition. That's why people like them. Also, when it's 450 degrees out, it's theoretically cooler.

I saw that as well. Was talking about how LSU ruined his over under with that last score and commented on the uniforms. He's right about the uniforms. The purple jerseys with the gold pants. Just isn't a better looking uniform in all of college football. Each color of just the right hue to mix into a perfect uniform. A classic yet striking look

The purple jerseys are beautiful, and have gained much more acceptance from players and fans in recent years, in stark contrast to being shunned during the DiNardo era. The Tigers lost big during the six years prior to DiNardo, and for some reason it was the purple shirts, and not the poor coaching and overall lack of talent, that got the blame!

The white helmets and pants don't even remotely compare to the traditional yellow helmet and pants like we saw last week. PLEASE never again use the white stuff
