All I can think of are Ryan Theriot and Mike Fontenot from that 2000 team.
Are those really the only two or an I missing someone?

Coleman pitched 4 games for KC that season. Not sure if he got injured or what happened.
:Just found it, the Royals placed him on waivers in April of that season.

Still got a ring so technically I think that would count.

Theriot is the only person ever to score a winning run for a CWS and a MLWS.

Interesting. I’m sure he got a ring but idk if I consider that “winning” a World Series.
Although if I remember right Fontenot didn’t even pick up a ball for that giants World Series so I guess Coleman might have a case

Tigers won the fb natty. Next wins the NCAA tourney, the CWS in the same year. That would be something, year of the Tigers!

Was Yarnall on the postseason roster for the World Series that year?
Personally I’m thinking that should be the criteria which would rule Coleman out. I have no idea about Yarnall.

Was Brian Wilson on that 2000 team or did he get here in 2001?
ETA: he was a freshman in 01. Dammit I thought I had thought of another one with him
