What your stupid arse don’t understand is this isn’t even about the damn game on the field we could have swept there asses and I would be in here saying the same god damn shite their fans are classless assholes there is a reason why they are hated and I has nothing to do with baseball if you don’t agree your either Barbe or a Barbe fanboy bitch.

From someone driving to Beaumont from Houma for work and stopping in on the way once it went to game 3, I have no dog in this fight. From my view, Barbe fans(adults) were not the issue for game 3. It was the students. The same ones that got tossed twice lol. I Personally saw a few throw gum in the direction of mandeville fans but I will say there was some mandiville fans chirping too. As someone stated, good clean trash talk is ok. The way some of these people in the stands acted doesn’t belong at any game. Student sections are obnoxious everywhere if we are being honest.
As far as the game, I really enjoyed it. It was competitive and intense. Barbe took advantage of the opportunities given to blow it open with that 5run frame. I enjoyed the way both teams coached and played. The only bickering I saw on the field was between barbe 3b coach and the barbe head coach. lol.
ETA: I’m only talking about game 3. Was not around for the other 2

In game 2 when these kids got there after the game already started they came up the stair entry on our side and started screaming and running there mouth at our fans and the dads standing on the far end by our dugout. When the dads talked back the students started walking over toward them like they were going to get in their face a few people from both sides kind of stepped in and diffused the situation. Until this point everything was fine for the most part just Barbe being rowdy but after the students got there it got worse from that point. The crowd drama very easily could have contributed to more shite being said between players. Game 2 was a lot more intense right after the stuff with Diego. But it did get quiet when we were up and ended up winning. But hey it’s cool the Barbe guys on here thinks it’s just fine for family and a lot of grandparents in crowd to be afraid of physical harm because of the way there fans are acting.

This is false
No hate here for Catholic or West Monroe. Played Catholic at home and got run ruled and their fans were not obnoxious I have a lot of respect for Catholic you can be winners and act right and be humble.
We played Barbe at Sulphur last year and the crowd was mild but in 2022 they were bad according to senior parents on team.

Not even in the same stratosphere as Barbe. Combined Catholic and WM barely have more than half the number of state championships that Barbe has.
You can make a strong argument that Catholic has been very good at choking in the playoffs and in Sulphur

I’ve been around Barbe parents from youth to high school and summer ball, and they aren’t much different than all high level programs.. some great parents, some assholes and everywhere in between, they all want their son to do well, some desire that first if they are honest.. but seriously, I’m sure the intense build up led to things being on tilt more than either side will admit, thus leading to all of this.
