There's also an extended sequence playing in front of the Phantom Menace this weekend. Are we allowed to post leaks here?

Kennedy is brilliant for going after the covered black women sci fi demographic.

The show doesn’t look bad necessarily but…something just looks off about it. It looks very low budget. From the costumes to the graphics, shot quality. It just looks amateurish. It looks like the Obi Wan show, which we found out later had a pretty low budget for such an important show

That's really sad that Disney went cheap on something like Obi-Wan. Unreal

Only smooth brains will be watching this series, so posting spoilers won't ruin anything.

Yeah Obi Wan had like a $90M budget while Andor had like $250M budget which is insane but it shows in Andor. It feels kind of like a spectacle at times. Obi Wan should have felt like that but never did. The Acolyte doesn’t feel like that, either.

Maybe not every one of their shows needs a $250M budget but you can’t give She-Hulk a $225M budget and then slap one of the most important shows you’ve done (Kenobi) with almost a third of that.

Well we know why they didn't allocate as much money. Force is female and whatnot

Not just the look, but Andor had the writing & acting as well. Phenomenal drama overall. Money well spent.

They put a lame, diverse woman in it, and made her gay

Haven't they already fired the radical lesbian who was in charge of this show?

So I just watched it

Yeah, this is gonna be like an Aggie watching gay porn for the woke crowd.

The last line when the bad guy shows up and the chinese guy asked "what are you (instead of WHO are you)"

The answer will inevitably be "a straight white toxic male"

But also the green demographic. There's about as many of those as there are white males.

Holy shite. Looking at that poster, it's painfully obvious they went waaaaaaay out of their way to minimize the White male presence in this show. It's just weird.

Look, I have an honest question here, because I really wouldn't know. Do these Star Wars shows attract a wide audience? Do they get good ratings, or are they flops or close to it?

I believe the Mandalorian shows have been pretty successful. I don't think the others have done huge numbers.
