Uncle Samsik Hulu/Disney Korean series

First 5 episodes dropped today. Google shows 16 episodes. Subtitles on Hulu but I only saw dubbed on Disney. Starring Song Kang-ho

Has anyone checked this out? I am on the first episode and it's done something a few times that is bugging the shite out of me. Certain characters will show up and some Korean writing will introduce them but there is not an English translation of the writing. I have no idea if these are important details but I assume that they are or will be.
