I don’t think Giannis could do what Brunson is doing because of his reliance of scoring around the rim. Brunson is just better than Shai. The 76ers have a nasty combo of Embiid/Maxey and Brunson took them out. The Knicks are the 2nd best team in the east solely because of Brunson, if they had Randle they could take down the Celtics. Pretty much.
The Celtics not being in the final would be a shock given what the rest of the east looks like.
The Mavs are the worst team left in the West, with the Wolves-Nuggets winner probably being favored over the Thunder.

The Knicks finished 50-32. They were 15-15 against the West. Must be nice to only play 30 games against the West.
The Houston Rockets, along with all 10 teams ahead of them in the West had a better winning percentage against the West than the Knicks did.
9 of the top 10 teams in the west had at least 19 wins against the east (out of 30 games played, so 19-11 or better).
In the East, outside of the Celtics, only the Cavs 17-13, Sixers 16-14 and Bulls 17-14 had a winning record against the West.
One conference is clearly a lot better than the other.
and I like Brunson a lot, and he's had a great season, but there's no one from the East outside of Boston that has a chance at competing for a title this year.

Just showed the live bench points in the beginning of the 4th and Pacers were at 42 compared to 3 from Knicks. Knicks have no bench at all, just Brunson and a few scrappy 3 and D wings. Y’all are funny if y’all think Booker is bringing this team to this point. He couldn’t even win with KD and Beal, overrated as hell
