I’ve seen it happen. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine called it on another friend. We were at a group lunch giving updates and friend A said his wife lost weight. Friend B, who is one of those likable shitheads, said, “Oh yeah, who is she losing that weight for, because we know it’s not you.”
Well about six months later friend A invited me to lunch and specifically asked that I not invite any of the others. He told me that friend B’s joke started him thinking, he investigated, and sure enough - Jody. That was a tough lunch!

I have a friend who is a plastic surgeon. Interesting girl. She said she only works on women, women want some cleavage, men want to come in looking like you Trini and leave looking like Brad Pitt.
So she said the most common surgery for women is boobs.
Now if a woman gets boobs and comes in for a second surgery, what is the second most common procedure?
Bigger boobs. Yep, and she said it makes sense, girls have some esteem issues and want a little boost, you show them the sizes, nah thats way too big. Then when they get them and are comfortable, they wish they had gotten bigger. Not stripper bigger but just bigger. So now they come with these valves where you can literally go in for a day trip and get them increased or decreased.
