NFL star Michael Oher, whose story inspired ‘The Blind Side’ movie, alleging he was tricked into signing a document which made them conservators -- not his adoptive parents -- allowing them to profit off him.

Getting his money as the ward shouldn’t be too difficult.

Says his career was hampered by the movie.
I'm going to go with the NFL is hard, and, despite that, he managed to play for 8 seasons and made millions.
That said, he should be able to profit off his story being used for the movie.

Meh, I don't think they're the devil....but that whole story of Oher and the Touhys and Hugh Freeze never passed the smell test

I don’t think so… I mean maybe, but I think he lives a fairly comfortable upper middle class life in the Nashville area.
If the article is true, he was fricked over.

They made that guy look like a legitimate retard in that movie

That time Ed Orgeron out-recruited Nick Saban…

That family was doing nothing more than trying to get him to Ole Miss and then saw a chance to earn money from the story. There was nothing altruistic about taking him in.
