We are told that it is the best in the world behind the US. Either this is a massive failure or was allowed to happen. If the latter, why, is the question.

Eventually they will be fighting hundreds of millions of Muslims.
20% of Israel population is Muslim and it’s only going up.
So many things going against it.
Today few thousands with rifles parachutes themselves to 10 settlements.
It will only get worse.

Not if SA and a couple other Arab oil nations developed a little bit more and stepped up. Trump had this on the right path, and Biden has completely screwed the pooch. This is probably his worst Presidential policy. It is utterly insane how liberals have created such a martyr out of Jamal Khashoggi that they'd push these terrible policies to "punish" SA. Literally could cost the US trillions over time.
Leftists just have to give up the dream that Persian Iran is on the verge of that magical civil war that will oust the imans from power, and permit Iran to become the hegemon in the ME and get Saudi Arabia in line. SA is much more likely to join modernity over time

The average Muslim in the arab street stands strong with pals and despise Israel and their own Arab governments.
Gov will come and go. Another Arab spring could topple all those so called Arab governments and usher a new era of rule.

The rocket sites could be taken out at any time. Israel doesn't want a full scale war, which would affect it's economy and disrupt daily life.

Something like this had to be in the planning stages for months. You are looking at coordinated attacks and specific location with the Army barracks. This was not some spur of the moment thing. Israeli Intel is good to very good, but Hamas and Hezbollah have been fighting them for 40 years. It is not inconceivable that they have leaned a thing or two.

Israel is on the verge of normalizing relations with Saudi Arabia. That would be a game changer. Palestinians are less liked in the Muslim world than you might think. Normalizing relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia would be a disaster for the Palestinians. This is a transparent attempt by Hamas to prevent that.
