Mostly because it's wishful thinking. If you listen to the video you'll hear that she worked at the same law firm that was handling other cases, he doesn't say that she actually worked on any of those cases, which could potentially be grounds for recusal.

This would be like someone saying Amy Coney Barrett has to recuse herself from practically every case because when she worked at Baker Botts a leading law firm who has their hands in practically everything they had "other cases". It's nonsense.

DC should have its court system disbanded with the exception of traffic court.
