I would be ok not winning PL if Arsenal or Villa win it. I happen to like Arteta. frick the scousers and spurs.

It’s not our fault Pep’s monkey paw curls when playing Spurs

Also, don’t think you have to worry about Spurs winning the league.

I don’t think the PL has been won by the same team 4x in a row…so, yeah I want the PL title.

Down 0-1 to Luton after 50'

I think it's safe to say we may be in trouble lads

Edit: Right after this they score twice. Glad my lack of faith can continue to inspire the team.

Just stay close until KDB is fully fit.

That’s kinda where I am right now. We have been in this situation before. Villa is playing out of their minds but can they sustain that? We saw arsenal cave to the pressure last year. Liverpool will go through injury at some point so as much as I want to panic…we have Pep. That’s enough for me to calm my nerves until proven otherwise.

I think we’re finally seeing that some talents are not immediately replaceable. IMHO we’re feeling the loss of Gundo big time right now with KDB on the sidelines.

I’m not sold on Nunes, Phillips or Kovacic yet. Dias has had some off days. Akanji too. We need Rodri to quit with all the yellow cards too.

That all said; hopefully we use the January transfer window wisely and get KDB healthy. If we’re in the Top 3 on New Year’s Day I believe we’ll win the league again.

Chances City drop points again this weekend? I say somewhere near 50%.

City playing some of the most uninspiring football I’ve seen since early Mancini tenure when they would park the bus against teams like Man U and Chelsea.

VAR sucks so much - every goal scored you're just waiting for it to be taken away

Kills the flow of the game

CP goal in final 15 minutes on the counter. Plenty of time to get another and grab a point.

Even without Haaland and KDB, this team has enough quality to beat a bottom dweller like CP by 3-5 goals. But they can’t. Very frustrating.

I'm close to done with this City team in the EPL. They're so lazy.
That plus the ridiculous VAR overrule on the Alvarez free kick goal.

Foden just gave the ball away at midfield leading up to conceding this penalty.

Maybe it’s time to think about Pep moving on. He can’t seem to motivate these players to play for the full 90. And he REFUSES to sub, leading to tired legs in the final 15 minutes. He is also complicit in the transfer of players/leaders like Gundo, Mahrez, and Zinny.
(Among others).

VAR sucks, but this team shouldn’t have to sweat out a VAR decision or two.

I actually agree with the overrule. HOWEVER, using the same criteria, that goal by Liverpool last season—where the player was clearly offside, but “escorted the ball without touching it” until an onside player could sweep in and make the goal at the last second—should not have counted. Or, using that as precedent, Alvarez’ goal should have counted.

Kevin BACK in training! As long as we stay within striking distance and get healthy, I think they will make another run for the PL. I know it’s been rough lately. Saturday was totally unacceptable to give up 2 that late in the game. I feel like Palace gets us once a year though.

v Copenhagen in the UCL

These are some of the least interesting Round of 16 UCL ties I've seen in a long time

Bobb>Palmer?
Saw this posted and kinda made me stop and think. I was upset they let Cole walk and to Chelsea. Now seeing Oscar…what do I know?
